Welcome to the Observatory Project.

My name is Luke, and I created CosmicByNight to share my astrophotography with people around the world.

Every wallpaper in this store begins as a real image captured through a telescope. What started as a fascination with the night sky has grown into a long-term mission: to capture the beauty of the universe and share it with others through astrophotography.

Why CosmicByNight Exists

CosmicByNight was created to make real astrophotography accessible as high-quality desktop and mobile wallpapers. Instead of using generic space artwork, every image is based on actual astronomical observations and processing work.

When you purchase a wallpaper, you're supporting future imaging projects and helping expand the collection of objects available through the store.

The Long-Term Goal

My long-term goal is to build a dedicated observatory that will allow me to capture deeper, higher-quality images of galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters throughout the year.

An observatory would provide:

• More imaging opportunities
• Longer integration times
• Better image quality
• More advanced astrophotography projects
• New wallpaper collections for the community

Current Journey

CosmicByNight is still at the beginning of its journey.

Every image captured, every product released, and every customer who supports the store helps move this project forward.
